Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : North East - Blyth
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience, this is inside IR35 PAYE
Duration: 6 months
We are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to lead an ongoing civils project that involves bridges, upgrades of track, earthworks, MEP and Stations.
This is for a top main contractor who has long term work for the right people.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Management of subcontractor
Contractor administration
Commercial management
Financial reporting
Contract knowledge
Valuation and payments
Contract valuations
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
10+ years civil engineering experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
Worked on major civils projects previously, some rail ideally but not essential
Knowledge of relevant contracts including NEC
Need experience in Heavy Civils, Structures, Blacktop, Earthworks.
