My client is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Derbyshire and work on their civils projects. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a sub contractor background and groundworks experience.
This is a great opportunity to for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a very successful business who specialise in foundations of housing, sheds, infrastructure and rail projects. You will be working alongside a highly experienced Commercial team on a wide range of projects.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Report to the Commercial manager
- Manage project finances and contractual relationships
- Work closely with finance and commercial in maximising profit
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Previous Sub contractor Senior Quantity surveying experience
- Experience in Groundworks; general piling, pre comp, CSA
- Chartered Surveyors (RICS) degree in quantity surveying or an HND qualification in Civil Engineering desirable
- You need to be able to drive with a licence
