Senior Quantity Surveyor - West Midlands - Civil Engineering
Outside IR35 engagement OR Permanent Salary plus package considered
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or possibly an Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a high performing business who has 4 years' worth of work in Birmingham secured.
Project & Experience for the Senior Quantity Surveyor requirement:
This is civil engineering work within HS2, such as substructures, tunnelling, bridges, concrete, enabling works. We are looking for someone ideally with relevant civils experience as well as NEC and strong CVR & cost plan management experience.
Location : 3-4 sites across the Birmingham/ West Midlands area
They are seeking someone to work across these sites on a day to day basis as per the projects requirements
The business is looking to strengthen their commercial team, they need support, so they are very much looking for someone who wants to be present on site, drive it forwards and have an impact.
Rate: £350 - £425 per day (outside IR35)
Duration: 12-month contract +
Start : Immediate start for the right person, with long term work. However also will wait for someone with a 3 months notice for example
