Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : Stoke based with a minimum of 4 days on site
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : £350-400 per day depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who specialises in earthworks, rail, land remediation and highways.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity role:
- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
- Valuations - including value engineering and management
- Feasibility studies
- Cost benefit analysis
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
- Risk analysis evaluations
- Dispute resolution
