I am currently working with a client who are looking for Commercial staff from assistant level to Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large Water framework in the North West.
they are looking for someone to take on a couple of projects across the North West Region including Manchester and Cheshire.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering or Water background
- Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously from Assistant to Senior
- Able to manage projects commercially
- NEC form of contract experience is essential
- Work well within a team and be client facing
For the position of Quantity Surveyor the remuneration will be:
- Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
- Competitive car allowance or company car
- 25 days holiday + benefits

- Flexible working (1 day per week from home) and flexible on hours
Location: Manchester based with occasional travel to office in Lancashire
