Job Title: Senior Planner - P6 Experience
Location: Warrington (Northwest-based, with occasional travel)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major client for an experienced Senior Planner with strong Primavera P6 expertise to join a major infrastructure or energy project based in Warrington. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term career growth on high-value, technically complex work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into the programme.
- Provide critical path analysis, earned value reporting, and schedule risk assessments.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, representing the planning function in meetings and reviews.
- Support project controls, reporting, and forecasting in a client-facing capacity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner in major projects, ideally within the pipeline, oil & gas, or broader energy/infrastructure sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning best practices.
- A solid engineering background - either by qualification or hands-on project delivery experience.
- Confident, polished, and professional communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
- Must be Northwest-based, with occasional travel to other project sites as needed.
- A self-starter who is switched on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
