About the role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Data Centers, you'll be responsible for developing innovative mechanical concepts and design solutions for Data Center facilities across the Nordics. Key Responsibilities

Act as the Senior Mechanical Engineer, Data Centers liaison with clients to understand objectives and optimize technical requirements.

Communicate with third parties to define constraints and solution spaces.

Develop mechanical design concepts, including HVAC, cooling systems, power generation support, and fluid dynamics for Data Centers.

Lead and oversee mechanical design teams across the Nordics.

Contribute to business development efforts within mechanical engineering for Data Centers.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, energy efficiency targets, and sustainability initiatives.

About you

We're seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership experience to the table. You'll succeed as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Data Centers if you have:

Experience leading mechanical design teams in multidisciplinary environments.

Strong background in Data Center facility design or construction, including cooling and power generation systems.

Experience as a consulting mechanical engineer.

Solid knowledge of digital design tools (Revit, BIM 360, CFD software).

Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
