Senior Land Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Land Manager to join a main contractor and work exciting residential developments around the Leeds area
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the residential development sector. Your role as Senior Land Manager will be responsible for managing the acquisition of suitable opportunities for residential development.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Land Manager role:
- Prepare offers for submission, subject to approval
- Liaising with Land Director on the current stages of land negotiations
- Prepare Land Purchase Approval Packs for submission to Corporate for approval.
Experience required for this Senior Land Manager role:
- A good understanding of site identification methods and the ability to source land opportunities
- Knowledge of the planning system, including the development plan process.
- Good knowledge of legal contracts and land law
Package offered for this Senior Land Manager role:
- £70,000
- Car or Car allowance, 15% Bonus, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, 25 days holiday
