Salary: £43,447 per annum

Benefits: Company van and fuel card, overtime available most weeks, on-call rota 1 in 14, with on-call payment, Travel, accommodation, and subsistence covered when working away from home, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Key responsibilities for this Senior Field Service Engineer role:
- Lead depot maintenance, servicing, and repairs on electrical and mechanical rail equipment
- Provide expert troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault resolution across multiple sites
- Mentor and support junior engineers in day-to-day tasks and technical development
- Complete and review job documentation using mobile technology, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, project managers, and service office teams
- Travel extensively to depot locations across the Midlands and South, including working away from home with overnight stays when required
- Ensure all work meets rail industry standards and health and safety requirements
