We're seeking a highly skilled and detail driven senior estimator to join our team and play a key role in producing accurate, competitive tenders across a range of projects including retail, commercial and industrial construction projects.
As Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from initial enquiry through to final submission. You'll work closely with clients, supply chain partners, and the wider project team to ensure every tender is commercially sound and delivered to the highest standard.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the construction industr
- Demonstrable background in retail, commercial, and industrial projects is essential
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
