Salary/Package:
Up to £65,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme
The Senior Engineer role:
A leading residential developer has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join their technical team, working on major projects typically ranging from 50-500 units in the Cambridge area. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for preparing engineering tender packs, obtaining approvals for any engineering-related issues through NHBC, overseeing all section agreement approvals and managing external consultants to produce and secure engineering designs and technical reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with or alongside a developer, strong knowledge of engineering processes and a stable track record of employment.

To be considered for the Senior Engineer position:
- Housing background preferred with a high standard of engineering knowledge
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a similar field
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Engineer with a housing developer
