As a senior engineer in HVAC, you are responsible for the overall management and organization of the integrated planning process up to the structural implementation for the HVAC department .
In the role of project manager, you take on the professional leadership of your team members.
Your main tasks include planning activities within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling ( BIM ).
You represent our customer to there clients, authorities and contractors.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the cost and results management of the respective project for your department.
You lead the HVAC disciplines in integrated projects.
You will work closely with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, site supervision/construction supervision) as well as external specialist planners.
Qualifications
What you bring
You have a successfully completed degree in building or supply engineering, training in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary or sprinkler technology, a technician or master craftsman qualification in the building technology disciplines.
Your career path demonstrates many years of relevant management and professional experience in the planning, coordination and execution of large-scale projects.
You enjoy leading a diverse team and actively supporting the training and development of young employees.
As part of your interest in software tools, you have already acquired knowledge of Auto-CAD/Revit .
A strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality completes your profile.
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
