Description:
We’re currently looking to speak with experienced Design Managers and Senior Design Managers interested in opportunities across the Northern region. Projects span multiple sectors, including residential and accomodation. This is an exciting chance to join a well-established contractor and work on a range of projects, gaining exposure to different types of schemes and regional delivery challenges. You’ll be supporting design teams, coordinating with project teams and consultants and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in design management across one or more sectors (residential, commercial, accomodation etc.).

Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and stakeholder relationships.

Familiarity with design coordination processes and project delivery.

Willingness to travel across the Northern region for site visits and project support.
