️ About the Role

Navartis is working with a fast growing independant consultancy who are seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join their design and technical team. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects across all design stages. You’ll be a crucial part of the BIM and drawing production process, bringing precision, speed, and creativity to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D Revit models to support architects, engineers, and contractors

  • Work closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free outputs

  • Assist with BIM coordination and maintain drawing/model standards across projects

  • Collaborate with external consultants and project stakeholders to align design deliverables

  • Participate in design team meetings, inputting technical solutions and updates

  • Support project documentation, drawings and schedules in line with client and industry standards

  • Apply knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction methodology in all detailing

  • Maintain an organised drawing database and contribute to quality control processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience as a Revit Technician or similar

  • Proven experience working on commercial and/or residential developments

  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design integrity

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • BIM Level 2 project experience desirable
