Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor (or a Senior Quantity Surveyor SQS) to join a well known Tier 1 Contractor working on a large sub station related project which has lots of civils related aspects to the project. This is in the Argyll Region. You can he based from site one week and alternate the other weeks between there and their Glasgow office.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be joining the existing commercial team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you must be self sufficient and be able to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Dealing with change
- Working with the NEC contract
- Reporting
- Change Management
- Client facing/Liaison
- Must be self sufficient
- My client will also consider a strong Quantity Surveyor
Key requirements for Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Change Management experience
- NEC experience
- Strong communication skills
Day rate offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Around £350-£500 per day Inside IR35 depending on experience, Potentially negotiable depending on experience. Travel and accommodation to Argyll can be covered by the client. My client will also consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor SQS
