Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing (Refurb & Maintenance)

 

Leicestershire (Office-based with hybrid flexibility)
 Up to £55,000 (Negotiable DOE) + 10% Bonus + £4,000 Car Allowance

 

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of refurbishment, responsive maintenance and void works across a long-term social housing programme.

This role offers the opportunity to be commercially involved in essential housing upgrades that directly improve living standards within local communities.

Key Focus:

  • Commercial management of refurb, maintenance and void projects

  • Application and management of NHF Schedule of Rates

  • Cost control, reporting & value optimisation

  • Supply chain and stakeholder management

  • Supporting financial performance across ongoing housing works

Essential:

  • Proven QS experience within social housing

  • Strong working knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates

  • Experience in refurbishment and maintenance environments

  • Strong Excel and commercial reporting capability

  • Good contractual understanding and communication skills
