Due to continued growth within their Build Division, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a high value industrial project with the office based in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

Managing commercial activities across an industrial warehouse project

Working closely with the Senior QS and Project Manager to ensure accurate cost control

Preparing and managing subcontract packages
-
Producing valuations, variations, and cost reports
-
Ensuring compliance with JCT contracts (NEC experience is beneficial but not essential)

Overseeing procurement and tendering processes

Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider commercial team

Supporting monthly commercial reporting and forecasting

Attending key site meetings (with required travel to Lincoln)
Experience & Skills Required
To be considered, you should have:
✔ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the build / industrial / warehouse sector
✔ Strong working knowledge of JCT (NEC advantageous)
✔ Ability to manage commercial processes independently
✔ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
✔ Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to project sites
✔ A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
