Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 + package (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
A leading regional developer is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established Commercial team in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take full commercial ownership of residential development projects from budget through to final account.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the control and reporting of all site costs, preparation of tenders, procurement of subcontractors, and monthly CVRs. You will work closely with the site and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards.
The role of Quantity Surveyor will involve managing budgets, monitoring expenditure, assessing risks and opportunities, and ensuring best value across the supply chain. Strong communication, commercial awareness, and attention to detail are essential.
This position would suit a proactive Quantity Surveyor seeking a long-term opportunity within a reputable and growing business.
Requirements:

Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification

Strong cost management and reporting experience

Excellent IT and Excel skills

Experience with systems such as Eque2 or Procore (advantageous)

Full UK driving licence and CSCS card
