Quantity Surveyor (Open to All Levels)

Location: Newark or Lincoln
Salary: £45,000 (Negotiable) + Enhanced Travel Allowance + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role

You'll be hands-on with budgets, cost plans, and valuations, supporting a range of exciting projects from bespoke residential developments to large-scale public-sector schemes-including a landmark £28 million leisure project set to run for eight years.

Alongside your QS responsibilities, you'll gain enhanced project management exposure and the rare opportunity to work closely with both client-side and contractor-side teams-developing a well-rounded skill set that will set you apart in your career.

Experience or interest in cost planning, budgeting, and valuations
