This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an Essex based company that focuses on Groundworks and Structures.
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a local site to the office in Essex. This is OUTSIDE IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects once the initial 6 month contract finishes.
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
· £350 - £440 per day based on experience
· OUTSIDE IR35
· 6-month contract with potential to move to other upcoming projects
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
· Experience on the full life cycle of projects (essential)
· Groundworks and Structural experience
· JCT contract experience (essential)
· NEC contract experience (essential)
