My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within Highways maintenance, traffic management, surfacing, street lighting and electrical services, smart city, and public realm infrastructure.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the Bath and North East Somerset
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 3+ years highway experience
- Experience term maintenance contract ideal
- Experience low value, high volume
