Quantity Surveyor - Swansea
Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team.
They are regional house builder and have a 3 year development in Swansea that they need a QS to be based on.
Residential experience would be ideal but is not essential if you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector and are keen to work in Swansea
The ideal candidate
- QS with 5+ years' experience
Salary: up to £55,000 dependent upon experience, plus car/ allowance and benefits
The ideal candidate will be located: Swansea
