My client is an award-winning contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands region, the ideal candidate will be well placed for Solihull.
They are a highly successful, established, cash rich contractors and have a strong reputation as a great employer who work on New Build Industrial and Commercial projects valued from £10 million to £90 million.
Experience working on Industrial schemes would be desirable for this position but not essential and the successful candidate will have delivered projects of circa £20m in value.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3-6 years construction industry experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Previous Industrial experience is a bonus.
- Worked for a main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of relevant contracts including JCT/NEC/PPC
- Stable employment history
- Self-motivated and professionally driven. Able to work on own initiative.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Full Clean UK License
- MCIOB (desirable, not essential)
