Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
A very successful national civils sub-contractor, currently working 30 live projects with £28m turnover this year are looking for Quantity Surveyor to join there team with a view to upskill them to Senior QS / Commercial Manager level.
As a tunnelling contractor, our client typically deliver micro tunneling, augur boring and shaft sinking nationwide, the successful candidate will have a background in Civils, predominantly NEC. You will need to be pro-active and be able to manage numerous projects at once.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role include however are not limited to:
- Contract negotiation
- Change Management
- Compensation events
- Pricing Variations
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 3 years minimum in Civil Engineering
- NEC (Preferably option A)
- Have managed multiple projects at once before
