Position: Quantity Surveyor or potentially Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Work and opportunities from Leamington down to Cheltenham. Alot of work could be based around the Northamptonshire area
Engagement: Freelance
On site : 4 days a week - one working from home
Hours: 8am-5pm
Day Rate: Inside IR35, PAYE
I am currently working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor who have two Senior Quantity Surveyor positions available for long term work to be based on HS2. We would also consider Quantity Surveying positions.
As one of the leading contractors in the UK, our client specialises in Infrastructure and civil engineering. They are a very successful in winning work and anticipate an additional 2- 5 year's worth of work.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Provide Financial support on various projects.
Produce monthly pricing reports.
Experience required for this role:
1. Previous Quantity surveying experience
2. Reinforced concrete frames and earthworks or general civils experience NEC experience.
3. Chartered Surveyors (RICS) degree in quantity surveying or an HND qualification in Civil Engineering desirable
4. You need to be able to drive with a licence and access to a vehicle if freelance
