Quantity surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity surveyor to join a main consultancy and work on a number of renewals enhancements and refurbishment frameworks across the North West, with a total combined value of £5 billion.
The company is a world leading Consultancy which delivers sustainable design, engineering, and cost solutions to the rail sector. Your role as Quantity surveyor will be responsible for looking after Rail infrastructure projects within a client facing environment.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity surveyor role:
- To help support both pre and post contract services for Network Rail Frameworks
- Cost reporting
- Contract administration
- Change control
Experience required for this Quantity surveyor role:
- 5 - 10 years' experience in a quantity surveyor position
- Background within Rail infrastructure (not essential)
- Knowledge of NR12 and NR3 desirable
- Main client experience (Network Rail advantageous)
- Strong background in cost reporting, contract administration and change control
Package offered for this Quantity surveyor role:
- £350 - £400 depending on experience
- Full training can be offered
