Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Someone currently operating as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor (seeking promotion) with circa 4+ years' experience.
Residential (Houses) experience would be essential for this role.
Produce cost and value reports for each project and update in connection with costs to date on a monthly basis - including forecast final account.
Analyse returned tenders and complete cost comparisons prior to procurement.
Salary: £50,000 (negotiable, dependent upon experience), Bonus scheme, car allowance and further additional benefits to be discussed.
