Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyorto join a contractor and work on a £10million fit out package which includes steel frames, installation of a gym and offices. The project is based in the Reading area.
Your role as Quantity Surveyorwill be responsible for overseeing the M&E package on the fit out.
You will be required to be a British National to pass a Security Clearence.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Managing £10million package
- Understanding contracts
- Managing sub-contractors
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- M&E knowledge/experience
- Worked on projects worth £10million+
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £450-£500 Inside IR35
