Quantity Surveyor - Essex - Highways
Location: Based in Essex, with travel to Bristol 1 day per week
salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum + package
Our client who is one of the leading providers of their service within the Highways sector, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to grow their Commercial team in the South East
This Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplined and thriving company, on a large framework which offers long term work.
you will be responsible for multiple projects with support given, you will be responsible for the management of Sub-Contractors, CVRs, change, and commercial administration and Compensation events
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
NEC3 experience is essential
Worked as a standalone Quantity Surveyor previously
Highways experience is preferred
If not Highways then Civil Engineering generally
Main contractor or Sub-Contractor experience
Able to work on Compensation events, CVRs and Commercial administration
Degree educated or chartered is desirable although not essential.
Have a strong personality and work ethic
