Company: Privately owned contractor
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

The Opportunity..
An established, privately owned contractor is looking for a Project Planner to work on a mix of tenders and live projects in the Yorkshire area. They are a highly successful, multi-disciplinary business that is expanding due to a number of recent project awards. Projects are mainly within the residential sector and include new build affordable housing and car/retirement homes so experience in this sector is highly desirable.
Key requirements for the Project Planner position..
- Main contracting background with experience in residential/accommodation projects.
- A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject software.
- Tender and site planning experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.
Ideal Locations..
- Commutable distance to Leeds and able to travel to sites throughout the Yorkshire region.
