Company: Tier 1 contractor / Building
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

The Opportunity..
A leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Project Planner to work on a mix of tenders and live projects in the Midlands. They have a full order book and work with a mix of public and private sector clients, with projects range from £10m to £100m+ and currently include education, accommodation/resi, retail/mixed use developments, and various commercial schemes.
What will they consider?
1. An experienced Assistant Planner looking for a step up to Project Planner.
2. An established Planner that is looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to progress their career.
3. A Site Manager or Engineer that is keen to transition their career into Planning.
Key requirements for the Project Planner position..
- Main contracting background within building/construction sector.
- A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject software.
- Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects upwards of £10m.
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.
