Salary: £50,000-£55,000k plus package including;

Summary

A Tier One Principal Contractor, operating throughout England and Wales, delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail and other infrastructure clients is looking for a Project Manager who is confident in delivering rail Buildings and Civils projects of up to £1 million
You will be part of a successful and growing business with over 300 permanent staff based across the UK and over 30 years' worth of expertise in the Civil Engineering sector.

The main duties of the role include:

- Managing Network Rail (client) and rail related infrastructure contracts, ensuring stringent KPIs are met
- Liaising with the Programming team, ensuring the work bank is planned and resourced effectively
- Liaising with Works Delivery Managers and Commercial teams to review estimate submissions and final account details - analysing trends and reporting on buildings reactive and project performance
- Preparing and implementing Site specific management plans to ensure Site activities comply with
- Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies
- Providing technical support, guidance and practical advice to your team on the Eastern Buildings Framework, ensuring competent execution of reactive, including emergency call outs works portfolio from both a permanent work and temporary works perspective

Seeking Candidate with

- HND or higher/ NVQ 6-7 in Construction or APM qualification, or be suitably qualified by experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of managing multiple reactive Buildings and Civils Works Delivery Frameworks of up to £1 million in value
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- Experience in managing multiple projects work sites, preferably from within a Rail environment
- Safety Critical management and planning including incident/ accident reporting experience
- Cost monitoring and Report writing experience
- Experience of creating work package plans, risk assessments and lift plans
- Sound technical knowledge of a multitude of Civils activities
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Strong IT skills
- CSCS card, NEBOSH, COSS, SMSTS (highly desirable)
