Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to work on a new build industrial schemes in the North West
This is a long term contract, CIS self-employed and working for a reputable company within their field
The project is due to start within a couple of months so there will be travel to their Midlands office a couple of days per week for the first couple of weeks.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Project Manager previously
- Experience working on Design & Build schemes
- Various contract knowledge including JCT and NEC form of contract
- Experience on large schemes up to £30m in value
- Management of staff experience and running of projects overall
- Project experience such as Industrial, leisure and pharmaceutical
Rate: £300 - £375 per day (CIS)
Location: Liverpool
Duration: 12 months
