Our client is an experienced and established GC who is looking for a project manager. They have a wide variety of past work including educational, commercial, and healthcare projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Run project meetings with the project team
- Oversee renovation and new build institutional projects
- Oversee scheduling and project monitoring
- Manage trade contracts, relationships, documents, and paperwork
- All other duties as required
- Strong background and experience in the local ICI market
- Strong GC background
- Experience with projects over $20M in scope
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and responsibility
- Hospital construction experience is an asset
