Job Description

 

A well-established and continuously growing contractor is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team. The business delivers commercial and industrial projects across the Midlands and Southern regions and is known for its strong staff retention and people focused culture.

 

This is a predominantly office based role, with travel to regional project sites once or twice per week.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Design Manager role
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams
  • Detail oriented, diligent, and well organised
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Relevant degree desirable but not essential

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary of £75,000 - £80,000, depending on experience
