Design Manager - Midlands
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package
Location: Sites across the Midlands
We're seeking a seasoned design professional to take the lead on exciting projects across the Midlands, working with a well established contractor known for delivering quality and innovation.
They are looking for a Design Manager to play a key role in leading and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. You'll work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
About you

Proven experience as a Design Manager within construction or main contracting

Strong commercial awareness; experience on commercial, education, or mixed-use schemes advantageous

Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to lead design coordination and problem-solving

Previous experience leading projects independently

Professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RIBA, ICE) advantageous

Senior Design Managers will also be considered (Reflected in Salary)
