Location : Solihull based in the office with occasional travel to West Midlands sites  

Engagement : Permanent

Salary : Very depending on experience, bonus, car allowance, pension, plus 25 days annual leave

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a business who prides itself on its client relationships and consistent work.

The business specialise in both new build and refurbishments of houses, they work with private clients, local authorities as well as housing associations. They are looking for people who have proven experience and skills within this environment

The business is open to consider Senior Quantity Surveyors who feel they are ready to step into the Managing Quantity Surveyor position or someone who is already in the position and is keen for a new challenge.

The business are looking to double its turnover in the next 12 months and they are looking to strengthen their commercial team.

Experience required for this Managing Quantity Surveyor   role:

Previous experience within housing, preferably new build and refurbishment

Ability to build relationships with both your peers and clients

Have a good work ethos
