M&E Quantity Surveyor - West London

Rate: £400-£450 per day
Location: West London
Duration: 6-12 months (possible extension)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri (on site)

Our client, a leading contractor within the M&E sector, is seeking an experienced M&EQuantitySurveyor to support commercial management on a major EnergyCentreproject in West London.

You will play a key role in managing the full commercial delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) packages, ensuring accurate cost control, contractual compliance, and effective management of subcontractor accounts in a live project environment

Role Overview

Commercial management of MEP packages
Manage subcontractor accounts & cost control
Handle valuations, variations & change control
Support procurement & commercial reporting
Ensure commercial compliance and documentation accuracy

What the Candidate Needs

M&E Quantity Surveying experience
Knowledge of MEP packages on major projects
Strong commercial & contract understanding
Experience with valuations, variations & change management
Background in building services/energy projects preferred
Must have experience working on fast track projects
Experience working with NEC and Fidic from of contract
