Land Surveyor - Freelance - 12-month contract - Gloucester
Very good opportunity to work on a large project which will last 12- 18 months with more work across the in duration and is Outside IR35 or paid CIS.
Our client is seeking a Land Surveyor on a freelance basis to assist with a large project for one of their key clients.
Key responsibilities for this Land Surveyor role:
- Reporting into the Project Manager
- Management of method statements and risk assessments
- checking and processing of design models
- Drone flights if qualified
- overseeing all of the engineers and machine control
Experience required for this Land Surveyor role:
- CSCS Card and in date
- Other site tickets needed
- Earthworks experience is a must
- Able to use different software's and kit
- GPS experience, Topographical surveys experience for Earthworks
Package offered for this Land Surveyor role:
- £300 - £375 per day
- Outside IR35 or CIS
- 52 week contract with option to extend
