Recently they have secured contracts with high profile grocery retailers for retail stores and warehouses across various locations in Ireland.
As their portfolio continues to expand, they’re seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Their head office is based in Tallaght, Co. Dublin. This Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role will offer hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role
- Preparing and maintaining contract budgets
- Overseeing project contracts and legal requirements
- Collaborating with the Surveying Manager
- Managing contract documentation and records
- Producing monthly JCRs and JCSs
- Participating in contractor handover meetings
- Attending bi-weekly contract review sessions
- Updating cash reports and handling collections
- Identifying risks and developing risk management plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, the supply chain, and the professional team
Key Requirements for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role
- A degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UK or Ireland
- Proficient in IT, including MS Office and database management.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
- A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout Ireland is required
Package offered for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role
- Starting salary ranging from €50,000 - €65,000, depending on experience
- Company car/ fuel allowance
