  • Develop robust reporting structures to provide clear visibility of HSE performance and trends.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, supervisors, and workers to evaluate and strengthen site-level HSE planning.

  • Conduct independent audits and lead corrective actions to address gaps and improve overall safety outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience operating as an HSE Lead within construction safety management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience on complex projects.

  • Background in sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, or high-voltage infrastructure is highly desirable.

  • Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement experience across multidisciplinary teams.

  • OSHA 30-hour (or local equivalent), alongside management and incident investigation training.

  • In-depth knowledge of European HSE regulations and the ability to apply them in demanding site environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and lead as a senior HSE Lead onsite.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.

  • Based in Belgium or open to relocation, with a legal right to work.
