Rate: £280 - £300 per day
Payment Method: Outside IR35

My client is a respected contractor who provide support across several sectors.
Following another successful contract win, they are looking to take on a freelance site manager to run a project in the Knottingley area of West Yorkshire.
The project is a village sports centre and the successful freelance site manager will oversee the whole project from groundworks through to fit out.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Site Manager Role:
- Ensuring that the clients specification and requirements are met
- Reviewing project progress & Monitoring Costs
- Ensuring all site health and safety is adhered to.
- Overseeing all subcontractors & visitors to site
- Writing regular site reports
Essential Experience for this Freelance Site Manager Role:
- Experience of running similar projects (from cradle to grave)
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and civils
- 5 + Years Experience as site manager or senior site manager
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Tickets
