My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
They specialise in social/private housing projects valued between £1m-£20m.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Birmingham
The successful Freelance Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 15 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience within the Social/Private Housing Sector is essential
- Must have experience on new build and refurb projects
- Degree qualified
