Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: East London
Engagement : Contract
Day Rate: £300-350 Per Day (Depending on experience) Outside IR35
My client is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in East London.
The client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (Project experience isn't important). You will be working on a planned works project valued at Circa £5m.
The company is a very successful national Tier 1 contractor who are looking for someone to join their team on a 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor role:
- Report into the Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Variation Processing
- CVR's
Experience required for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor role:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- The ideal candidate must have done variation processing, CVR's and have an understanding of Construction Management
