My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
They build industrial units which are used across various sectors.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Leicester.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience in the Industrial sector is essential
- Degree qualified
