Freelance Project Manager
Location : Birmingham based – Site based - 5 days a week
Engagement : CIS Sole trader or Ltd company (dependent on assessment)
Rate : £320 per day depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced freelance project managerto join a contractor who specialise in both build and refurbishment projects
Our client is looking for a freelance project manager to join them on a mixed use development in Birmingham City Centre. This will be made up of a office conversion and 70 apartments.

Key responsibilities for this freelance project management role:
- Reporting into Senior operational Management
- Complete control of Site with assistance from site management
- Involvement with design management
- Subcontractor management
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- Experience of project management – 5 years +
- Extensive Knowledge of mixed use developments
- Excellent Communication skills
