Job Title: Foreman
Location: Within the Oxford area
Salary : Negotiable depending on experience + car + package

Your requirements as a Foreman:
- Take an active role in managing safety on project site
- As a Foreman, you will responsible for site equipment and materials
- You will maintain daily records for site activities - liaising this to line managers for progress reports and safety plans
- Supervise site operatives to ensure that all tasks are executed well and within their level of skills

Experience Required for a Sub Agent:
- Previous industry experience as a Foreman or similar role from a Rail, Infrastructure or Heavy Civils background
- Relevant qualifications such as your CSCS, SSSTS, NVQ
- Strong project/people management ability with regular liaising with other levels of management
- Valid UK driving license
