This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator with 5+ years of experience to be a part of a well-known general contractor in the GTA. You will be a part of an organization that specializes in ICI construction projects and you will be given the independence to contribute to the project with minimal supervision.
Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team, on a permanent basis and make an immediate impact and contribute to their ICI projects.
Key responsibilities of this Estimator role:
- Use your proactive approach to determine project materials are supplied and in compliance with our first-class Quality Program
- Experience with open market bids and tenders
- Jump in right from the beginning! Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager for all construction site start-up details including the schedule
Experience required for this Estimator role:
- 5+ years experience working in ICI construction
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction specifically including submittal, RFIs, Change Events, and closeout.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Blue Beam and Microsoft Projects
The package offered to this Estimator includes:
- Base salary of $80,000 - $110,000
- Health and Dental Benefits Package
- Paid mileage for site visits
