Design Manager
Midlands | £50,000 - £75,000 + Package
A leading Tier 1 contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their Midlands team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main contractor delivering high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
The Role
As Design Manager, you will take ownership of the design coordination process across multiple live projects throughout the Midlands from pre construction to delivery. The role will be primarily office-based, with some flexibility for working from home. Ocassional site visits across the Midlands will form an important part of the position.
About You
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Coordinator within a main contractor environment
- Experience delivering projects within a Tier 1 or large regional contractor
- Strong technical understanding and ability to manage consultant teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple sites
Salary & Package
£50,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
