Location: Essex
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £450 - £500 per day
Status: Outside IR35

Key responsibilities for this Design Manager position:
- Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Design Manager
- Management of the Design process from Pre-construction and Live level
- Manage your own time to get the projects completed
Experience required for this Design Manager position:
- Experience working as a Design Manager previously
- Able to manage the Design process from start to finish
- Management of any change in the Design for projects
- Experience working on schemes from £10m-£50m in value
- Experience working on projects such as Residential schemes and framework projects
- IT literate
